1. How will my order be shipped?
In most cases your order will be shipped via Australia Post. To ensure your goods arrive safe and sound all packages have a tracking number on them and a signature must be provided at the time of delivery by anyone at the delivery address. Should no one be at home or at the delivery address, a calling card will be left by the Australia Post contractor, this will allow you to then collect the order from your local post office. Sometimes we may need to send your goods via a Courier due to their size or location, in these situations we will email you to advise delivery details. We have multiple warehouses throughout Australia to ensure the quickest possible delivery. This means that you may receive multiple delivery's for the one order depending on what warehouse they are shipped from.
For very large Items the goods will be shipped via Mainfreight Distribution Pty Ltd. These items are predominately for Industrial Scales used in factories. These items will be sent directly to the physical address given and will require a signature at time of delivery.
2. Do I need insurance?
While we will do our very best to ensure your goods arrive safely and securely, accidents can occur. That's why offer transit insurance with all our orders. If you prefer not to take the insurance, you are able to deselected this option during the checkout process. This insurance covers your order for loss or damage during the shipping process from us to you. For insured items that are lost or damaged during transit, we will fix or replace them for you. We will also provide you with a Reply Paid number by which you are able to send the damaged goods back to us. Any insurance claims must be emailed to us no later then 7 days from receipt of goods.
3. How long does delivery take?
Most orders are shipped from our Brisbane warehouse. Depending on your location and the size/weight of the product you have ordered - shipping will be done through Australia Post or Fastway Couriers. Once it leaves our warehouse Australia Post can take between 1 - 10 business days & Fastway can take between 1 - 15 business days to deliver your order. We always chose the service with the quickest delivery time where possible. Please do not hesitate to contact us via LIveChat or 1300 738 705 prior to ordering if you live outside the standard metropolitan area - tell us your postcode & we can do a quick check for you to estimate the delivery time.

5. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking information for your method of Freight. Alternatively you can log into your account and select "Order History". From here you will be able to see all your previous orders, the tracking information can be viewed by clicking on the tracking number.

6. When will my order be delivered?
Orders dispatched via Australia Post or Mainfreight will generally be delivered between the hours of 8:30am and 5:30pm, Monday - Friday (excluding Public Holidays). Due to the nature of the service we are not able to provide set times during the day that your order will be delivered. Unfortunately either freight company or postal contractors are not able to contact you before making a delivery
7. Can I pick up my order?
As Supply Weigh is a warehouse service only, pickup facilities are not available. Contacting the sales team may offer options in the Brisbane area for quicker supply.
