Warranty and Returns
1. Do the products you sell come with warranty?
Yes. All products we sell have a manufacturers warranty. The warranty may vary depending on the product and supplier. Any non-approved repairs, alteration or tampering with the device will void your warranty.
2. My Product is faulty, what do I do now?
If you have a faulty product please send us an email, click HERE. The faulty product in most cases will need to be returned to our service agent in Brisbane. On arrival the service agent will test and report, if it is found to be a manufacturing fault we will either repair the fault or send you a replacement. The warranty does not cover any transport costs associated with returning the scale to the repair agent.. The warranty is limited to defects in workmanship only and does not cover normal wear and tear, damage through incorrect use, power fluctuations or environmental (Water, Heat etc) damage if not stated within the specifications.
If a refund is requested than the refund amount will be that of the item/s purchase price only, no freight costs will refunded. The refund does not cover any transport costs associated with returning the scales to the repair agent. The refund amount is limited to defects in workmanship only and does not cover normal wear and tear, damage through incorrect use, power fluctuations or environmental (Water, Heat etc) damage if not stated within the specifications.
3. Can I return a product purchased online?
Yes. We are happy to accept returns if you change your mind. You need to return the product(s) to us within 30 days from the receipt of your item. The goods must be in original, unused condition with all relevant paper work in the box and not have been used in any way. On receipt of the product(s) we will provide you with a store credit which is valid for 12 months. The store credit will comprise the original purchase price of the item(s) minus the delivery fee. Although some of our products may be shipped for free on return of these products our actually delivery costs will be deducted from the store credit. Insurance cannot be refunded.
4. How do I return an item bought from SUPPLYWEIGH online
By clicking HERE and emailing SUPPLYWEIGH online your concerns and requests, we will provide you with a returns number. Please include that number with the goods you are returning to us.
5. Product Images and Specifications.
While we do our very best to ensure that all product specifications are correct and current, please be aware that manufactures can make changes to their products in the interest of product improvements or market demands, as such product specifications may change without notice.
All product images on our site are intended to give you a good indication of what the final product will look like. Again we try to ensure these are as accurate as possible. However they should be used as a guide as the actual product my vary from the image shown.
